Mark it in the calendar now: Pair’d Margaret River Region returns 19–22 November 2026. If you haven’t been before, this is one of Australia’s most extraordinary food and wine festivals – four days in one of the world’s great wine regions, with a program that brings together remarkable local producers and visiting talent from around the globe.
We’ve heard whispers about what they’re planning for this year’s program and it sounds incredible. Details are still coming, but if the 2025 edition is anything to go by, you’ll want to be organised well ahead of time.
A taste of what 2025 looked like
Last year’s program was something else. The Pair’d Beach Club at Meelup Beach became the signature centrepiece of the festival. The Grand Tasting drew winemakers, chefs, critics and guests from across the country to Howard Park Wines. Burnt Ends and Friends saw Singapore’s Dave Pynt and the legendary Francis Mallmann share a fire at Wills Domain – a collaboration that had food lovers talking for months. Vasse Felix paired with Singapore’s two-Michelin-starred Odette for a dinner that sold out in hours. And the Cullen Chardonnay Tasting, led by Vanya Cullen herself, was the kind of intimate wine experience that simply doesn’t happen anywhere else.
Ngilgi Reverie, Good Natured Gathering at Wayfinder, Night Hawker at Chow’s Table, the Juniper Sparkling Vineyard Dinner – the list goes on. Nearly every event sold out. That’s your sign to move early.
Plan ahead – accommodation books out fast
The Margaret River region fills up quickly in November, and Pair’d weekend is one of the busiest. If you’re coming from Perth or further afield, we’d recommend locking in accommodation as soon as possible. Head to pairdmargaretriver.com to subscribe for program updates and get notified the moment tickets go on sale.
We’ll be sharing more as the program drops – watch this space.
